Two charged in suspected drug trafficking

Grande Prairie… Two men are facing drug trafficking charges following an investigation by ALERT Grande Prairie.

Nearly $15,000 worth of cocaine and methamphetamine have been seized following the investigation in the fall of 2022 where the following was seized:

  • 70 grams of cocaine;
  • 179 grams of methamphetamine;
  • 28 grams of GHB;
  • 18 grams of ketamine;
  • $2,885 in cash.

 

On December 20, 2022, members arrested and charged Robert Fulk, 48-years old of Grande Prairie in relation to drug trafficking. He is expected to appear in court at a later date.

A second man, Robby Mepham, 48-years old of Grande Prairie, is wanted on outstanding warrants. Anyone with information is asked to contact their local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

“Our investigation led us to search an apartment building where we ultimately seized cocaine, methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia, which poses other risks for the families and children that live there. By arresting habitual drug traffickers, we’re helping to minimize the risk to residents in the community,” said Corporal Scott Coleman, ALERT Grande Prairie.
