Most of ALERT’s members are seconded into our organization through a municipal or federal police agency in Alberta. Those police positions are filled internally in partnership with the police agency. When ALERT has civilian staff member positions or other vacancies open to the public, we post them here.

Flexible Work Schedule
Compressed work weeks are an option for employees. The number of daily hours an employee will work may vary, but all are expected to work 80 hours over every two-week period.

Vacation and Paid Holidays
New employees start at three (3) weeks paid vacation. ALERT recognizes 12 statutory holidays, including National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
